What to Expect During Your Consultation Process
1
Help Us Learn More About You
Your consultation is a supportive first step where we take time to understand where you are right now and the kind of support you’re looking for. During this conversation, we’ll gently explore what’s bringing you in, the challenges you’re navigating, and what you hope to gain from therapy or medication management.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This is simply a starting point, a space to share, ask questions, and begin feeling understood.
2
Matching process
You’ll have a complimentary 15-minute consultation call with a member of our team. From there, we thoughtfully recommend the provider who best fits your needs and preferences.
At Phoenix Health & WellBeing, we take an individualized approach to matching. Based on what you share, we consider clinical specialties, therapeutic approach, personality fit, and availability to ensure alignment.
As a trauma-informed specialty practice, we place strong emphasis on connecting you with a provider who has the training and experience to support the work you want to do, safely and effectively.
3
Schedule an Appointment
After your consultation, we’ll guide you through the next steps and help you schedule your first session. Whether you’re interested in therapy, medication management, or exploring both, our goal is to make the process clear, supportive, and easy to navigate.
You don’t have to do this alone, we’re here to help you begin care with confidence.
A Modern Approach to Mental Health Care
At Phoenix Health & WellBeing, we believe that meaningful mental health care begins with understanding you, your experiences, your goals, and where you are in your life right now. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and the relationship between you and your provider plays an important role in the healing process.
As a specialized trauma-informed practice, our approach focuses on thoughtful matching, individualized care, and evidence-based treatment that supports long-term growth and healing. We work with adults who are seeking deeper understanding, relief from emotional distress, and practical tools to navigate life more confidently.
Many of the individuals we work with are professionals, women, and young adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, ADHD, or major life transitions. We also work closely with college students managing academic pressures, identity development, and emotional challenges during transitional stages of life.
Our goal is not just to connect you with a therapist, it is to help you find the right therapist for your needs.
Meet Madison, Practice Manager
Hello, my name is Madison, and I am the Practice Manager at Phoenix Health & WellBeing. My role is to support you as you begin your journey with us and to help ensure that you receive the best care possible.
You can schedule a consultation with me to learn more about our practice and to get matched with one of our therapists or medication providers. During this conversation, we take time to understand where you are currently, what you are hoping to work on, and what type of support feels most helpful for you.
Our matching process is highly individualized. We consider your goals, preferences, past experiences with therapy, and the areas you would like to focus on so that your care feels intentional and aligned from the start.
As a specialty practice, we place a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, grief work, relationship challenges, and supporting adults navigating complex emotional experiences. We want you to feel confident that the provider you are matched with understands your needs and has the training and approach that best supports your growth.
