You're not alone in your journey toward better mental health. I’m here to support you in creating a care plan that is personalized to your needs and goals.

I’m a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry and Mental Health, as well as Family Practice. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and other emotional or mental health challenges. Together, we’ll focus on understanding what you’re experiencing and building a plan that helps you feel more stable, supported, and in control.

My approach is holistic and person-centered, integrating evidence-based treatment options including medication management, along with support around sleep, nutrition, and overall wellness. I prioritize building a strong, collaborative relationship so you feel heard, understood, and confident in your care.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and completed my postgraduate training in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at Wilkes University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I offer services in both English and Spanish.

Reaching out can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to support you.
