Amy Stoetzel, PMHNP-BC

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for individuals navigating their mental health journey. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and challenges with behavioral patterns, offering support that’s both clinically grounded and personally meaningful.

My approach integrates medication management with lifestyle-focused interventions, including nutrition, exercise, and sleep hygiene. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to create personalized treatment plans that support long-term healing and growth.

I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and a post-graduate degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Maryville University of St. Louis. My background in Dietetics and Exercise and Wellness allows me to take a truly holistic approach to care, one that honors both the mind and the body.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to help you take the next step.
