Hi, I’m Amy Stoetzel, PMHNP-BC

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for individuals navigating their mental health journey. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and challenges with behavioral patterns, offering support that’s both clinically grounded and personally meaningful.

I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and a post-graduate degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Maryville University of St. Louis. My background in Dietetics and Exercise and Wellness allows me to take a truly holistic approach to care, one that honors both the mind and the body.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to help you take the next step.

My Approach

My approach combines psychiatric medication management with practical lifestyle and behavioral interventions. Drawing on my background in dietetics, exercise, and wellness, I consider how nutrition, physical activity, sleep, daily routines, and behavioral patterns may affect your mental health. I work collaboratively with you to create an individualized treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, and evidence-based strategies from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches. My goal is to support symptom improvement while helping you build sustainable habits that promote your overall health and well-being.
