If you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, burnout, anxiety around relationships, or the weight of past trauma, you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. I work with adults, including professional adults, college students, and graduate students, who are navigating life transitions, identity questions, and the challenges of showing up fully for themselves.

Many of my clients come to therapy with a history of trauma, struggles with self-esteem, and patterns of anxiety or attachment concerns that make it difficult to feel secure in relationships. Together, we do the deeper work of healing exploring the question “Who am I?” while addressing what’s been holding you back.

I often work with clients who are:

  • Struggling to set healthy boundaries in relationships or at work

  • Managing high levels of stress or anxiety

  • Feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt or emotional exhaustion

  • Questioning their identity, direction, or sense of self-worth

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up fully and reconnect with your inner strength. I integrate EMDR, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and strengths-based strategies to support lasting change.

You don’t have to keep holding it all together by yourself. Let’s take the next step together.
