At Phoenix Health & WellBeing, trained therapists offer EMDR therapy in Tempe and virtually throughout Arizona when clinically appropriate. EMDR is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD and trauma-related symptoms that can help clients process distressing experiences and reduce the intensity of related memories, beliefs, emotions, and triggers. Before reprocessing begins, your therapist will assess your readiness and help you develop preparation, grounding, and emotional-regulation skills.
At Phoenix Health & WellBeing, our therapists use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism, and life transitions. CBT is an evidence-based approach that helps clients understand connections among their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills to change unhelpful patterns, manage difficult emotions, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
At Phoenix Health & WellBeing, we help clients manage anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout. Therapy can help you understand the patterns contributing to emotional exhaustion, develop healthier boundaries, strengthen coping skills, and create a more sustainable approach to work, relationships, and everyday life.
Our therapists offer specialized, and trauma-informed approaches tailored to your needs, experiences, and treatment goals.
Additional approaches include ERP, CPT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, Brainspotting, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Availability varies by therapist.
