If you’re an adult balancing a lot responsibilities, expectations, and constant pressure while feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone. You may be holding it all together on the outside, but internally feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to shift patterns that no longer serve you.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, mood-related challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation, including ADHD. Many of the individuals I support are high-functioning in their daily lives, managing careers, relationships, or major transitions yet find themselves feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or like they’ve been in survival mode for most of their lives and are ready for something different.

A large part of my work is helping clients step out of that survival mode and into a more intentional, grounded way of living. Together, we explore the deeper questions, Who am I? What do I actually want? What’s been shaping how I show up? We look at the full picture, including past experiences, family dynamics, work stress, and current life demands, to better understand what’s truly driving your patterns.

My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in helping you not just understand your experiences, but move through them. I incorporate EMDR therapy to support the processing of experiences that may still feel unresolved or emotionally charged, allowing for deeper and more lasting change beyond traditional talk therapy.

In our work together, we may focus on:

  • Moving out of survival mode and building a more sustainable way of functioning

  • Managing anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and ongoing stress

  • Improving mood regulation and emotional awareness

  • Strengthening communication and navigating relationship challenges

  • Building clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self

  • Working through life transitions and internal or external pressures

I also work with couples and families who are looking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and better understand one another in a more intentional and supportive way.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, my style is collaborative, grounded, and practical. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to slow down so you can move forward with greater clarity, intention, and confidence.
