Many of the individuals I work with are navigating graduate school, demanding careers, parenting, relationship stress, or major life transitions. On the outside, they often appear capable and high-functioning. Internally, they may feel exhausted, scattered, frustrated with themselves, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating.
I support adults managing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, and burnout. Some clients are newly recognizing executive functioning challenges in adulthood. Others are carrying unresolved experiences that continue to impact their confidence, relationships, or ability to feel steady under pressure.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, I help clients process trauma and past experiences that may still be influencing how they respond to stress and relationships today. At the same time, therapy is not only about looking back. I balance deeper trauma work with practical tools and real-time support for the challenges you’re facing now — whether that includes academic pressure, professional demands, communication struggles, or life transitions.
