Nicole Schade, LMSW
If you’re struggling with self-esteem, your relationship with food or your body, anxiety, depression, or the lasting impact of difficult relationships, you’re not alone. You may find yourself being hard on yourself, feeling disconnected from your body, or stuck in patterns you genuinely want to change, but don’t know how.
I work with women and young adults who are navigating eating disorder recovery, healing from trauma or experiences of domestic violence, and moving through life transitions that have impacted their confidence and emotional well-being. Many of the individuals I support are seeking a deeper sense of peace within themselves, a healthier relationship with their bodies, and a way to move forward with more clarity, stability, and self-compassion.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Lifespan Integration, and mindfulness-based approaches to support both insight and meaningful, lasting change. As a certified yoga instructor, I also incorporate somatic and mind–body practices when helpful, supporting you in reconnecting with your body and learning how to regulate your nervous system in a safe and grounded way.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported—without pressure or judgment. We’ll move at a pace that feels steady and sustainable, helping you build healthier coping strategies, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, aligned, and truly your own.
