Hi, I’m Nicole Schade, LMSW
If you’re a young adult or woman who feels anxious, overthinks everything, struggles to relax, or finds yourself being incredibly hard on yourself, you are not alone. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed by pressure, family stress, unhealthy relationship patterns, burnout, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm while trying to hold everything together for others. Some are also navigating possible trauma, struggles with eating or body image, and difficulty setting boundaries without guilt. Therapy focuses on helping you better understand these patterns, feel more grounded, and build healthier coping tools.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. Together, we work to strengthen self-worth, develop healthier coping strategies, and help you move forward at a pace that feels steady and sustainable.
My Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate therapies such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Lifespan Integration, and mindfulness-based approaches to support healing and lasting change. As a certified yoga instructor, I also incorporate somatic and mind–body practices when helpful, helping clients reconnect with their bodies.
